You may return any item for any reason at all within 30 days of ordering, per our terms and conditions.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us (contact@earphonesplus.com) with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions for how to return items from your order. Refunds will be issued immediately upon receipt.

BUY WITH CONFIDENCE - because of the personal nature of our products, we do not resell returns.

Shipping is FREE to the USA and its territories. International orders are charged at our actual shipping cost and due to Covid 19, can take up to 45 days depending on destinations and the customs procedures of your country.
